Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs (Australia only)
To ensure your Kairi PJs arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by the following dates based on your location:
Standard Shipping
- 18th Dec: VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, TAS
- 21st Dec: NSW
Express Shipping
- 21st Dec: NT, WA, TAS
- 22nd Dec: NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, TAS
Orders placed after these dates may still arrive before Christmas, but delivery can’t be guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: $7.95 under $90. Free shipping Australia wide over $90. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate.
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Shipping rates vary depending on country. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically taking 7-21 business days.
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contactus@kairi.com.au within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for stolen packages that is not at the fault of the shippin provider.
