Easy Returns & Exchanges - Easy, Breezy and Free 

We want you to absolutely adore your Kairi pieces – and if you don’t, we’ll make it right. Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? No stress – we offer free returns  and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to exchange an item:

1. Send your exchange request to us at contactus@kairi.com.au

2. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including packaging).
   

3. We will send you a returns label to ship the item back to us for an exchange. 

How to return an item: 

1. Login to your customer account to request a return within 14 days (please note final sale items cannot be returned). 

2. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including packaging). 
   

3. We will send you a returns label to ship the item back to us for a refund to your original payment method. 

Faulty items
In the rare case your item arrives faulty, please reach out to us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or full refund – of course, free of charge.
